See below for each step in more detail
Step
One
Please complete both documents & post to us
1. Letter of Authority (LOA)
Please complete the LOA document. This gives us permission to request information about your plans ONLY. We can then look at this information to see if we can improve. This report is done at our discretion.
The address to post it back to us is at the bottom of the LOA document. Please also include the Client Engagement Document.
2. Client Engagement
The report is FREE. Once we have started the process, all
During this process, we require you to be contactable. If you decide you no longer want a report once work has started, or we are unable to contact you (after 3 attempts over the course of 2 weeks) then a fee of £120 will be due and no further work will be carried out by us on your behalf.
If, once you have received the recommendation report, you decide you do not want to proceed, then as long as you inform us of your decision, there will be no fee payable. All we ask is you let us know of your decision within 2 weeks.
Step
Two
Posted to Providers
Once we have recieved your LOA back for your plans, we will then attach our covering request sheet and send on to the providers.
Pension providers can take many weeks to send us the relevant information.
Step
Three
Report Produced
Once we have received the documents, we will be in touch with you.
We have 5 portfolios we use which are dependent on your risk appetite from Cautious to Adventurous. After a further conversation with you, we will begin on the report.
Our Portfolios
We have 5 Portfolios which are accessible.
The most appropriate one will be decided over a conversation with you. To find out more details about the pension portfolios we have, please click below.
Step
Four
Go Through The Report With You
Once the report is done, the report will emailed to you at the time of the phone meeting. The report will not be sent beforehand. We do this so everything can be explained by an IFA in the first instance. You have time afterwards to go through the report again in your own time.
All we ask is you let us know if you would like to proceed or not within 2 weeks of the phone appointment. You must let us know of your intentions if you did or did not want to proceed so we can close the case.
Happy to proceed?
If you are happy to proceed then let us know. You’ll need to sign a few more documents so we can start the consolidation process.
You will also get online access to your accounts with the providers.
Remember, we do not hold your investments, the providers do. We manage your investment to maximise returns.
